Hi all,

I'm gonna be honest. At times this blog may get boring. I'll try to avoid that, but I think it is inevitable.

Why?

Because this isn't really a blog for you, the reader. Of course you're welcome to come here and visit and read and ask questions and I'd love it if lots of people did that.

But this is mainly for my purpose.

Why?

Well, I like making wine. I make quite a bit of wine. (Not as much as some, but more than most people.) But I'm not very good at keeping records of my wine. Most winemakers will tell you that one of the most important things you can do is to keep records. Well, I'm not very good at that.

So I'm hoping that if I keep a blog, I will be keeping records in the process.

I'll make my posts as interesting as I can, but just occasionally I'll probably post something that I do simply want a record kept of - and that might just be a list of numbers!
